Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues;
Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones;
Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of bones and cartilage;
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and the maintenance of normal muscle function;
Manganese contributes to the maintenance of bones.

Mix the contents of the sachet with approximately 250-300 ml of water and stir until dissolved. If the water is cold, it may take longer to dissolve. Take 1 sachet per day, at any time of the day, preferably one hour after a meal.
