You can use it to store and heat expressed breast milk. If frozen, breast milk is valid for 6 months in a freezer and 12 months in a chest, and to defrost it must be at room temperature, however it can also be defrosted in a water bath, sporadically.
If stored without freezing, it can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 to 4 days.
