Solgar Gentle Iron 20mg is a dietary supplement that provides the body with more iron. Iron is a mineral that is necessary for the formation of red blood cells and for transporting oxygen to all the cells in the body. It does not cause the unpleasant symptoms that are normally associated with classic forms of iron (gastrointestinal irritation, constipation).

Iron deficiency can lead to anemia, excessive menstrual bleeding, learning difficulties, changes in immune function, and decreased energy levels and physical abilities, including reduced tolerance to cold.

Prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia;
Prevention of iron deficiency in women with very heavy menstrual flow;
Prevention of iron deficiency in pregnant and breastfeeding women;
Prevention of iron deficiency in weight loss and vegetarian diets.

As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 vegetable capsule per day, preferably with a meal, or as prescribed by a doctor or healthcare professional.

In the case of moderate or severe iron deficiency anemia, the dose can be increased to 6 vegetable capsules, divided into 3 daily doses.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, citric acid, maltodextrin, Iron (ferrous bisglycinate), Vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
