From a certain age onwards, mobility is reduced because the joints stiffen. Physalis Glucosamin forte contains glucosamine, a basic element of cartilage. It also contains *vitamin C which contributes to the normal formation of collagen, the normal functioning of the articular cartilage, and **manganese which contributes to the normal and proper formation of connective tissue (e.g. cartilage) and the protection of cells against undesirable oxidation. Each tablet contains 1500 mg of glucosamine sulphate, which is the recommended daily dose. One tablet per day is therefore sufficient.

Take 1 tablet in the morning, immediately after breakfast, with a little water.
