Arkomag Magnesium B6 combines Magnesium of marine origin and Vitamin B6, which contribute to maintaining the normal functioning of the nervous system (Magnesium) and psychological functions (Magnesium and Vitamin B6), reducing tiredness and fatigue (Magnesium and Vitamin B6 ) and for the normal maintenance of muscle function (Magnesium), especially in periods of overload.

Lack of magnesium is a source of muscle fatigue, irritability and nervousness.

Children aged 6 to 17: 1 capsule per day.
From 18 years of age: 2 capsules per day.
