Apply after washing your hair, leave on for 3-5 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Apply only along the lengths and ends, avoiding the roots. On short hair apply only where necessary.
For a more intensive treatment, place a heated towel on your hair and leave it on for 15 minutes.
