Take 16 drops per day, diluted in half a glass of water (100 ml). The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. It is recommended to increase fluid intake, at least 1.5 L/day.

It should not be used for a period of more than 8-10 consecutive days. This product should not be used in patients with intestinal obstruction, atony, inflammatory bowel disease (e.g. Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome), abdominal pain of unknown origin, or severe dehydration. Caution should be exercised in cases of thyroid disease. Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
