How Long Do You Keep Your New Year's Resolutions:
One day, one week, one month and then you go back to your old habits or you stay strong?

- Stay true to each of the changes and repeat them for 30 days - studies show that 1 month is the time needed for an action to become a habit.
- Write your resolutions down in a visible place (there are magnetic sheets that stick to walls without glue) and read them every day so you don't forget them. Celebrate all your small daily victories.
- Share your resolutions with those closest to you - if you talk about them with someone close to you, you create a commitment and make that person your accomplice.
- Don’t try to change everything at once: perhaps giving up smoking, drinking coffee and alcohol, following a restrictive diet and going to the gym every day are goals that are too ambitious and difficult to achieve. Instead of being so radical and restrictive, embrace small changes or set several dates and deadlines for starting each one.
- Don't just make restrictive resolutions: you may want to save money, but always leave some aside for outings and activities that bring you some joy or satisfaction.
- Don't forget about yourself: resolving to spend more time with family and friends and never leaving time for yourself, the most important person in your life, is not a good idea and will leave you frustrated. Put yourself before others and set aside, for example, an hour a day to read, go for a walk, meditate, have a massage or a face mask...
- It's okay to change or adjust a resolution if you see that it's bad for your mind or well-being; be fair and weigh the cost-benefit carefully.
- Don't make impossible resolutions: losing 10 kg in 2 months is unrealistic and could even be dangerous, don't you think?
- Set realistic goals: getting rid of all the pigmentation spots caused by the sun over the years in just 1 month will require a miracle. The positive results on your skin will depend on consistency and persistence in following the routine: apply depigmenting products every night and sunscreen several times a day. ´
- Take all necessary measures to make compliance with the measures easy and not a punishment: if you never feel thirsty and find it difficult to drink water, transform those 2 liters you promised to drink daily into herbal teas, water flavored with fresh fruit.
