Calcium is necessary for the maintenance of normal bones;
Magnesium, zinc and vitamin K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones;
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus, to normal blood calcium levels and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Take 2 tablets a day, preferably with meals, or as prescribed by your doctor or healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
