Solgar Flaxseed Oil is a leading source of phytoestrogen.  alpha-linolenic from Solgar, an essential fatty acid. The acid  alpha-linolenic acid is not produced by our body so it must be obtained through supplementation and diet. It is an omega-3 acid essential for maintaining normal cardiovascular function. 

Prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
Relief of symptoms associated with premenstrual syndrome and menopause.
Decrease in symptoms associated with various inflammatory situations.
Reduction in symptoms associated with allergies and other immune system disorders.
Helps in case of dermatoses.

Take 2 soft capsules per day, preferably with a meal, or as prescribed by your doctor or healthcare technician.
