Use morning or evening after brushing your teeth to help keep your gums and teeth healthy. Wrap 2 inches of dental floss around the middle fingers. Gently slide the floss between the teeth to the gum line. Curve the floss to contact as much of the tooth surface as possible. Gently move the floss up and down. Use a fresh section of floss for each tooth.
