Now GABA is classified as an inhibitory neurotransmitter as it reduces nervous tension (reduces the action potential in neurons), thus having an anxiolytic, tranquilizing and sedative effect like that of the well-known barbiturates and benzodiazepines.

Take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily as needed, preferably with juice or water on an empty stomach.

GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) - 500 mg
Vitamin B-6 (from Priridoxine Hydrochloride) - 2 mg (143% VRN)
