WARNINGS
Do not use the device near strong electromagnetic fields, such as mobile phones or radio installations.
Keep a minimum distance of 3.3 m from the mentioned devices when using this device.

1. You must not eat, smoke or exert any kind of physical effort immediately before taking the measurement.
2. Sit on a back-supported chair and relax for 5 minutes. Keep your feet on the ground and don't cross your legs.
3. You should always measure on the same arm (usually the left arm). The physician should take measurements on both of the patient's arms at the first visit to determine which arm to use in the future.
The measurement should be taken on the arm with the highest reading.
4. Remove any clothing that may be snug around the upper arm.
To prevent pressure being exerted, shirt sleeves should not be rolled up as they will not interfere with the cuff if normally stretched.
5. Always make sure you are wearing the correct size cuff (indicated on the cuff).
· Adjust the cuff securely, but do not overtighten it.
· The cuff should be placed 1-2 cm above your elbow.
· The artery mark on the cuff (approximately 3 cm bar) should be placed over the artery located on the inner side of the arm.
· Place your arm flat on a surface so that it is relaxed.
· Make sure the cuff is at the same height as your heart.
6. Press the ON/OFF button 1 to start the measurement.
7. The cuff starts to inflate automatically.
Relax, do not move and do not tense your arm muscles until the measurement result is displayed.
Breathe normally and don't speak.
8. When the correct pressure is reached, the cuff stops inflating and the pressure gradually drops.
If the required pressure has not been reached, the device automatically introduces more air into the cuff.
9. During measurement the AM pulse indicator will flash on the display.
10. The systolic and diastolic pressure result as well as the AT pulse appear on the display.
11.Remove the cuff after taking the measurement.
12.Turn off the device. The monitor automatically turns off after about 1 min.
