Now Super Omega 3-6-9 meets the body's need for all EFAs (Essential Fatty Acids), which are necessary for healthy body functioning and exceptional health. Alpha-Linolenic Acid, EPA and DHA from Omega-3 and GLA from Omega-6 are necessary for the maintenance of healthy skin, normal immune system balance and proper functioning of the nervous system.

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 1-3 times daily with food. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
