The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 3g of glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, along with 1 to 2 glasses of water, before meals and as part of a low-energy diet.

Take 3 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner, with 1 to 2 glasses of water. Take with plenty of water to ensure that the substance reaches the stomach and to avoid possible suffocation, especially in people with swallowing difficulties.
