Eye hygiene: pour a few drops of the solution into each eye, being careful not to allow the packaging to come into contact with the surface of the eye. Wipe off excess solution with a sterile compress.

Nasal hygiene: tilt your head back. Gently insert the end of the nostril and squeeze the single dose slightly. Repeat the operation on the other nostril. Tilt your head to let the mucus drain and then blow out the excess. You should not make sudden movements for at least 10 minutes after application.

Ear hygiene: use 1 single dose for both ears. Wipe off excess liquid with a compress.

Wound cleaning: clean the wound using the entire single dose and taking care to prevent contact with the wound. Clean excess liquid only on healthy skin.
