Physalis Good Mood is a complex containing standardized extracts of St. John's wort and saffron. St. John's wort contributes to sleep and emotional well-being. The active ingredient saffron supports a state of joy and general relaxation. Affron® is an innovative extract that has been the subject of advanced clinical studies. It is a very stable saffron extract (obtained from the filaments of a Spanish variety of saffron) standardized by HPLC at ≥3.5% Lepticrosálidos®, containing safranal and (picro)crosin. The formula is supplemented with EPA and DHA, omega-3 fatty acids, from the best fish oil.

Take 1 to 2 capsules a day, during meals with a little water.
