Before use, completely remove the cotton wool from the ear plug with clean fingers. If necessary, reduce the cap a little by dismantling it. Do not reuse the dismantled pieces! Gently knead the plug, form a homogeneous and sufficiently large ball and thus externally isolate the ear canal with gentle pressure. Do not insert deeply! After use, remove the tampon only with your fingers. Light pressure from behind on the outer ear releases the plug. Do not use any hard or sharp objects!
