Now Omega-3  It helps fight cholesterol and has preventive results against cardiovascular diseases, such as heart attacks, and also regulates blood pressure.  The fatty acids in Now Omega 3 are extracted from deep-sea, cold-water fish such as salmon, tuna, sardines, anchovies and mackerel.

Contains 180 EPA/120 DHA and  1,000 mg Fish Oil

Take 2 softgels, twice a day, with meals.

Vitamin E 10 IU; Concentrated natural fish oil (1000 mg); Omega-3 fatty acids (340 mg): Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) (180 mg), Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) (120 mg), other fatty acids 40 mg.
