Arkorelax Stress Control is a food supplement based on adaptogenic plant extracts, magnesium and vitamin B6. Rhodiola helps to improve resistance to physical and intellectual demands. Eleutherococcus contributes to physical and emotional well-being. Magnesium and Vitamin B6 help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Occasional stress (exams, overwork, etc.): 3 tablets per day (2 in the morning and 1 at noon). Stressful periods: 2 tablets per day in the morning. Take with a large glass of water in 1 or 2 doses.
Do not take after 5pm.
