Take 1 tablet a day, preferably after dinner.

Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women, children and adults over 70 years of age and people taking cholesterol-lowering medications or other products containing red yeast rice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 3 g per day of added plant sterols.
