Interactions may occur with antiplatelet therapy. Cases of allergic reactions caused by artichoke may occur. Due to the presence of Milk Thistle, when administered together with yohimbine or phentolamine, it has an antagonistic effect.

Due to the content of bitter substances, originating from Taraxacum, it can cause hyperacidity and heartburn in sensitive people.
