You can take 1 to 2 sachets every day; it can be consumed at any time of the day, but we recommend consuming the product hot in the morning and/or in the afternoon.
1 - Heat 200ml of water and turn it off before it starts to boil.
2 - Then just put it in hot water, cover and wait 5 minutes.
