Prepare before use:
1. Place the safety cap over the bottle lid;
2. Press hard until you hear 2 "clicks";
3. Shake vigorously and remove the cap for easy opening (save for next use):
4. Unscrew and make sure the aluminum foil is attached to the single-dose cap before drinking.


Intensive maintenance program:
Take 1 single dose per day at breakfast for 2 weeks per month, leaving a week of rest between them.

Monthly maintenance schedule:
Take 1 single dose per day at breakfast for 1 week per month.

If you are taking antibiotics, it is recommended that you separate the product intake by at least 2 hours.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

It is not recommended for use by people who are allergic or sensitive to bee products.
Lactic ferments are sensitive to high temperatures, as these can cause them to decrease. They should be stored in a dry place at a temperature below 25ºC to maintain their full potential.
