Arkocápsulas Pumpkin Seed Oil is a dietary supplement based on Konjac, rich in Glucomannan. Glucomannan, as part of a low-energy diet, contributes to weight loss.

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 3g of glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, along with 1 to 2 glasses of water, before meals and as part of a low-energy diet.
