Apply, morning and evening, on perfectly clean and dry body skin, with a gentle massage, until completely absorbed. For best results, start applying early in pregnancy and continue until 30 to 45 days postpartum.

Belly: apply with a gentle massage in circular movements, in a clockwise direction.

Breasts: apply from the armpits to the sternum, with a gentle massage.

Thighs, hips and buttocks: apply with an intense and firm massage, from bottom to top in order to stimulate circulation and avoid fluid retention.
