Vitamin D3 helps maintain healthy bones and teeth, and has a positive effect on the immune system. Our bodies produce vitamin D3, but this production may be insufficient in certain circumstances, such as during the darker months of the year. Vitamin D3 supplementation is therefore often recommended for children (from 3 years old) or adults (especially the elderly) and for pregnant women or women in transition.

Adults and children over 3 years of age: 1 capsule per day. Take during meals with a little water.

Store in a cool (max. 25ºC), dry place away from light.
