Folic acid is involved in blood formation. **Iron, vitamins B6 and B12 help combat fatigue. Copper facilitates the transport of iron in our body. Vitamin B2 supports iron metabolism. Vitamin C promotes iron absorption.

Children from 12 years of age and adults: take 1 to 2 tablets a day during meals.
