Gently brush your teeth before each application.
Make sure your hands are clean and dry.
Remove the pre-filled gel tray and place it immediately in your mouth, ensuring that the product is in contact with the tooth surface. Gently push the tray with your thumbs and snap it into place. Both upper and lower teeth can be whitened at the same time.
Gently close your lips over the mold and carefully close your mouth. Caution: Biting down too hard may cause excess gel to ooze out and spread outside your teeth. Avoid swallowing the gel.
Remove the mold after 20 minutes and discard immediately. Rinse gently with water to remove any remaining gel from the teeth and gums.
