Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin.
Copper contributes to normal hair and skin pigmentation.
Vitamin E helps protect cells against unwanted oxidation.

Mix the contents of the sachet with approximately 250-300 ml of water and stir until dissolved. If the water is cold, it may take longer to dissolve. Take 1 sachet per day, at any time of the day, after a meal.
