Now Methyl Folate is a dietary supplement with folate, also known as folic acid, one of the B vitamins. It acts as a coenzyme in several reactions related to the synthesis of nucleic acids (DNA), in the metabolism and synthesis of proteins (together with vitamins B6 and B12, in the production of red blood cells and tissue growth). It plays an essential role in the formation and growth of red blood cells, preventing the onset of megaloblastic anemia.

Suitable for:
-Prevent megaloblastic anemia;
-Reduction of homocysteine ​​levels;
-Prevention of cardiovascular diseases;
-Maintenance of cognitive function;
-Prevention of neural tube defects and congenital malformations (e.g. spina bifida, encephalopathy).

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.

Per 1 tablet:
Folate [1000 mcg (6S)-5-MTHF**][from Quatrefolic® Glucosamine Acid Salt (6S)-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate] - 1700 mcg DFE (834% VRN)

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.
