Solgar Flaxseed Oil (linen seed oil) is one of the main sources of acid alpha-linolenic of , an essential fat acid. Acid alpha-linolenic is not produced by our body so it has to be obtained through supplementation and diet. It is an essential Omega-3 acid to maintain normal cardiovascular functioning.

Prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
Relief of symptoms associated with premenstrual syndrome and menopause.
Decrease in symptoms associated with various inflammatory situations.
Reduction in symptoms associated with allergies and other immune system disorders.
Helps in case of dermatoses.

Take 2 soft capsules per day, preferably with a meal, or as prescribed by your doctor or healthcare technician.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
