Its constituents, Chitosan, Vitamin C, FOS and Cinnamon act synergistically in blocking the absorption of fats and sugars, and promote the reduction and control of appetite. It is ideal in slimming regimes, or to be taken just before more caloric meals. Blocks the absorption of fats and sugars.

In specific cases, take 2 capsules 15 minutes before a meal, with a large glass of water.
In continuous cases, take 1 to 2 capsules, 15 minutes before main meals (lunch and dinner), with 200-250ml of water. It is recommended to reinforce water intake, at least 1.5L per day.
Do not take if you are allergic to any of the constituents of the supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Not recommended for women during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or children under 12 years of age.
