COLLAGEN
Collagen is a protein that provides structural support to tissues such as skin, tendons, bones and cartilage. As we age, collagen becomes fragmented and its production decreases.

HYALURONIC ACID
Hyaluronic acid is found naturally in the skin, where it binds with water to help lock in moisture. The natural aging process, sun exposure to UV radiation and pollution can decrease its amount in the skin.

VITAMIN C
Contributes to the normal formation of collagen related to the skin, and even has antioxidant capacity.

SELENIUM
Selenium is an essential mineral with antioxidant properties, helping to protect cells against unwanted oxidation. In addition, it plays an important role in the health of hair and nails.

Take 15g a day dissolved in 150ml of water. You can choose to dissolve the powder in yoghurt/fruit juices. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
Not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children.
