Now GABA classified as an inhibitory neurotransmitter since it decreases nerve tension (decreases the action potential in neurons), therefore an anxiolytic, reassuring and sedative effect as the well -known barbiturates and benzodiazepines.

Take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily as needed, preferably with juice or water on an empty stomach.

For 1 capsule:
GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) - 500 mg
Vitamin B-6 (from Priridoxine Hydrochloride) - 2 mg (143% VRN)

Other ingredients: Hypromellose (capsule), rice flour, silicon dioxide and stearic acid (vegetable origin). Produced without: Wheat, gluten, fish or shellfish or nuts. Free from: corn, milk and derivatives, eggs and soy
