In the morning and evening, after brushing, fill the measuring cup with 15 ml of the solution for adults or 10 ml for children aged 6 to 12.
Fill to the top mark with warm water. Use for 15 days or as recommended by your dentist.

Occasionally, prolonged use may cause staining of the teeth and tongue, which will disappear after brushing. In some cases, your sense of taste may be affected at first when you start using the product – this usually disappears with continued use.
